If one day things don't work out and you acquire a losing amount larger than expected, we will go into your account and credit you a discretionary 'bad luck bonus'.

There are no qualification requirements and as they are given on an individual performance basis, these bonuses vary in size and frequency. However if you are given one of these bonuses, you will be contacted and notified directly by one of the team.

Only VIPs are eligible for a Bad Luck Bonus.
A Bad luck Bonus is a discretionary cash addition to an active VIP account and is based on a previous loss absorbed by the player (typically but not restricted to the last 24 hours).
The bonus itself has no pre-defined value and can vary in size/frequency.
Bad Luck Bonuses are not guaranteed and, although usually in the late morning, can be credited at any given time.
